    DOVE-Net: 22 sub-boards configured (instead of the expected: 21)

    DOVE-Net was configured stock with my SBBS setup, and I show these conferences when I log in with my sysop account:

    Sub-boards of DOVE-Net Posts

    [1] General 208
    [2] Advertisements 101

    I am running revision 1.18 and it still seems to throw the error. Is there any kruft or dependency that I need to clean up?

    Here's some more info:

    bbs@raspberrypi:/sbbs/exec $ md5sum chksetup.js 3d80ffeb574caf477ee58eeef6021641 chksetup.js

    bbs@raspberrypi:/sbbs/exec $ head chksetup.js
    // $Id: chksetup.js,v 1.17 2020/04/02 17:46:23 rswindell Exp $

    // Sanity-check a Synchronet BBS installation

    "use strict";
    const REVISION = "$Revision: 1.18 $".split(' ')[1];
    require("sbbsdefs.js", 'USER_DELETED');

    function check_codes(desc, grp_list, sub_list)

    Thanks,

    Ah, I see. It looks like gave yourself (your user account) access to see/read the SYNCDATA sub-board. That's not the normal/expected/default configuration.

    I had configured the access requirements to "LEVEL 90 OR REST Q" per the dove-net.txt in /sbbs/docs. Is this not correct?

    It's technically fine, but that the chksetup script doesn't expect it because at some point I changed the default setting for new installs:
    Long Name Synchronet Data
    Short Name Synchronet Data
    QWK Name SyncData
    Internal Code DOVE-SYNCDATA
    Newsgroup Name
    Access Requirements REST Q
